1. What this service is
Podclyp is a personal video-clipping and social publishing tool operated by Steven Weinstock for his own use, in connection with WE Capital LLC and The Wealth Clock podcast. It is not offered to the general public as a commercial service. Access is limited to the operator and accounts the operator explicitly authorizes.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You are solely responsible for any video, audio, text, captions, titles, descriptions, or other content you upload to or publish through Podclyp, including that you own or have the right to use it and that publishing it complies with the terms of any platform you connect (such as YouTube or TikTok). The service simply processes and publishes what you give it; it does not review or moderate your content.
3. Connected accounts
Podclyp can connect to third-party platforms (currently YouTube and TikTok) at your request, using credentials and authorization tokens you approve, in order to publish clips on your behalf. You are responsible for how those connections are used and for complying with each platform's own terms and policies.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processing and publishing will always succeed.
5. Changes and discontinuation
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Because this is a personal-use tool, there is no commitment to availability, uptime, or continued operation. Stored files and connected-account data may be deleted when the service is discontinued.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including lost content, lost uploads, or issues arising from content published to connected platforms.
